The Pro Bono Legal Corps Site Guide is designed to facilitate site compliance with the administrative aspects of the AmeriCorps grant by providing a single location for basic guidance, forms and key documents for the program. We encourage project directors and fiscal managers to use the guide as a resource throughout the program year. In addition, Equal Justice Works staff is always available for additional administrative support and will make every effort to anticipate your needs and respond promptly to requests for information.

Please note, although this guide is intended to provide project directors and fiscal managers with a general understanding of the rules and regulations that govern the Pro Bono Legal Corps (PBLC), the legal requirements of the grant are found in the AmeriCorps statute and regulations (National and Community Service Act of 1990 and 45 CFR 2510 et seq.), the AmeriCorps Provisions and the Equal Justice Works Subgrant Agreement.
