When should I contact students regarding interviews?
Employers may begin to contact applicants at any time. We encourage employers to complete their contact with students by September 14, which will allow students two weeks to make travel arrangements to the Career Fair.
How long should interviews last?
There is no preset interview length. In previous years, interviews typically lasted 20 to 30 minutes long.
Do I need to send a copy of my interview schedule to Equal Justice Works?
No, we do not need a copy of employer or applicant schedules.
What are Informational Interviews?
The informational interview sessions, or "Table Talk," provide an excellent opportunity for employers to meet informally with students and graduates. Every year, employers tell us about the wonderful candidates they have found through these interviews. Table Talk will take place in the afternoon on both Saturday and Sunday. There will be no Conference sessions scheduled during Table Talk to ensure that attendees can take full advantage of the opportunity to meet with Career Fair employers. All employers are required to participate in Table Talk.
