WHY ATTEND?

Recruitment made easy:
Here are a few more reasons you should join us:

♦ Expanded recruiting reach

By attending our career fair, you will have access to a national pool of diverse, qualified and talented candidates who are committed to working in the public interest sector.

  ♦ Prescreened candidates

Through our system, you will be able to review candidate resumes and schedule interviews prior to the event.

♦ Networking opportunities

Several events that are open to law school professionals and other public interest employers allow time for personal and professional networking.

  ♦ Time and cost savings

The Career Fair provides a great opportunity for your organization to conduct outreach on a national scale in one location.

♦ Increase your visibility with students

Last year, we had more than 1,200 students attend from across the country. Our interview schedules allow you to meet a fairly large number of candidates at one time.

♦ Develop connections early with 1Ls

During the table talk portion, employers will be able to speak with all students, including 1Ls, allowing you to get on the radar of these potential future job candidates early.
