The Project

Provide direct legal representation in immigration and related proceedings for unaccompanied immigrant children.

The Inspiration

Need Addressed By Project
In the past few years, tens of thousands of immigrant children have crossed the U.S. border without a parent or guardian, fleeing extreme violence and poverty in their home countries. These youth find themselves caught up in complex and traumatizing immigration proceedings. With legal representation, the chance that they will be able to remain in safety and stability within the United States is much higher.
