Virgin Islands for Northeastern Law professor David Hall

A lawyer in charge of academia in the northernmost tip of the true caribbean? Is domestic violence reform and good law writing something that may finally come to the Caribbean? Is it possible that UVI can lead the way? Why not? rob kunkel
