HR Technology & Administrative Specialist
Christina (Tina) is the HR technology and administrative specialist, where she is the staff administrator for our HRIS system and drives effective support of the employee lifecycle process at Equal Justice Works.
Tina has over eight years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to working in Human Resources, Christina worked as Senior Administrative Assistant in Occupation Health Services, where she led a team of administrative staff to help employees navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic; assisted organizations with developing policies and procedures and providing aid for Healthcare Services and Human Resources; and coordinating annual participation for March of Dimes. Her focus is to continue working in Human Resources to help Equal Justice Works reach their organizational goals.
Outside of her work, Tina is passionate about crafting, decorating, reading, and helping others in her community.
