Michele Crosby

Michele Crosby is the director of foundation relations at Equal Justice Works, where she is responsible for garnering support from institutional donors.

With more than 15 years of grant writing and strategic relationship building experience, Michele has successfully raised foundation, corporate and government funding for human service and health research nonprofits including the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Children’s National Hospital, STRIVE DC and Central Union Mission. With formal education in math and economics, she deftly guides grant seekers in developing measurable and achievable goals and performance measures, as well as accurate budgets.

Michele is a seasoned fundraiser with an unwavering commitment to mobilizing passionate public service leaders.

She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and a 2011 graduate of the Center for Nonprofit Advancement Project LEAP (Leaders Emerging through Ability and Potential).
