Nikola “Niko” Radovic
Program Coordinator
Nikola “Niko” Radovic is the Program Coordinator for Design Your Own Fellowships at Equal Justice Works.
In this role, Niko supports the Fellowships unit in managing the annual Fellowship application process, including outreach and relationship management with prospective applicants and host organizations, and responding to day-to-day inquiries. He also provides administrative and logistical support for the annual application review cycle, in conjunction with the Director of Alumni Engagement.
In 2022, Niko worked with the Fellowships team at Equal Justice Works (EJW), and it was his involvement with the Fellows—witnessing their passion for public service and seeing the difference they made in their communities—that brought him back to EJW. Niko rejoins EJW from the International Organization for Migration helping reunite families who were separated at the border.
Niko has traveled extensively throughout South America and Europe, is fluent in Spanish and English, loves taking on new challenges, and enjoys working in the nonprofit sector advocating for others and giving back to the community. He is also a graduate of the Universidad de Viña del Mar, Chile, with a B.A. in Communications.
