Sarah Lackritz (she/her/hers) is the vice president of marketing and communications at Equal Justice Works. The MarComm team at Equal Justice Works is responsible for building awareness and understanding of the organization’s work to facilitate opportunities for lawyers to transform their passion for equal justice into a lifelong commitment to public service.
Sarah is an integrated marketing and communications strategist who has spent her career advising companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 brands, as well as trade associations and nonprofit organizations. She has a passion for building and enhancing brand reputation to drive business goals while reinforcing the mission and vision of the organization. She joined Equal Justice Works from Burson-Marsteller (now BCW Global), a global PR and integrated marketing agency, where she advised clients including Ford Motor Company, Johnson & Johnson, and Discover Financial Services.
Sarah received her M.B.A with a marketing focus from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and her B.A. in Linguistic Anthropology from Brandeis University. Sarah also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies where she has taught courses including Digital Marketing and Brand Concept.
