Sinclaire Erdwien

Sinclaire Erdwien is the development operations manager at Equal Justice Works. She supports the team by managing donor activity tracking and stewardship, working on fundraising events, and monitoring workplans and budgets.

Sinclaire has experience managing a donor database, crafting donor solicitations, organizing fundraising events, and completing grant applications. Her previous role was as the Deputy Director of the American Institute of Architects, DC.

Sinclaire graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in History and Philosophy. She also has a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the IUPUI Lilly School of Philanthropy.
