Eloise Ayala

  • Hosted by Legal Aid Society of Collier County

  • Fellowship class year 2016

The Project

Eloise represented unaccompanied minors before the Immigration Judge with the ultimate goal of obtaining a cancellation of removal. There are a large number of children coming into the United States by themselves, who have no means to obtain proper representation. In addition, Pro Bono and free legal services are at top capacity with these types of cases, making it even more difficult to obtain representation.
