Ericka Garcia is the Program Director for United Against Poverty at the Orlando campus since October of 2020. Ericka has extensive experience in nonprofits, program development and execution, grant writing, management, and strategic planning. Ericka has worked with organizations such as The Florida Bar Foundation as the inaugural Director of Pro Bono Partnerships, Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, and more.

Ericka started her legal career as an Equal Justice Works Fellow providing holistic representation to foster children with developmental disabilities. Ericka graduated from Florida A&M University College of Law with her Juris Doctor and holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
