The Project

Frank worked on the Home Ownership Preservation Project (HOPP) at LAF, where he represented homeowners facing the loss of their homes. During his time at LAF, HOPP filed affirmative claims against predatory brokers and lenders and filed quiet title actions challenging foreclosure rescue fraud. Many of HOPP’s cases involved homeowners who had been victimized by predatory lending.
