The Project

The Watsonville Law Center works with a low-income community of predominantly agricultural workers who tend to have low levels of education and limited English proficiency. Through legal clinics and direct representation, Jenna’s work at WLC focuses on addressing issues related to consumer protection, workers’ rights, and barriers to employment.

What’s Next

Jenna is currently an attorney in the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.

When I went to law school, I knew that a public interest lawyer was the only kind of lawyer I wanted to be, and serving immigrant communities was what I wanted to do.
