The Project
At Indiana Legal Services, Jennifer worked with low-income people in south-central Indiana who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. In addition to maintaining a caseload of landlord-tenant and related cases, Jennifer worked with local agencies and HPRP coordinators to increase agencies’ and renters’ understanding of landlord-tenant law, and to increase access to legal representation. Jennifer also research key issues for the rental housing portion of a planned housing law wiki.
