The Project
APALC’s Housing Unit is comprised of the Foreclosure Defense and Eviction Defense Teams. The Foreclosure Defense Team is dedicated to home ownership preservation, and assisting victims of predatory lending and foreclosure rescue scams. The Eviction Defense Team will focus on homelessness prevention as well as providing advice and counsel to tenants involved in disputes with their landlords/owners.
