The Project
I provide legal services to low-income borrowers/homeowners facing default or foreclosure on their homes. Some of the direct legal services I provide low-income homeowners include: (1) representing borrowers in foreclosure proceedings; (2) negotiating with lenders; and (3) providing representation in bankruptcy proceedings to homeowners in need of restructuring their debts. The primary goal of my project is to protect home ownership through legal assistance in the foreclosure-prevention field.
