The Project

Joseph addressed the needs of homeowners in danger of foreclosure. Many homeowners facing foreclosure do not know how to get relief and end up being the victim of a scam or other shady business practice. Additionally, Joseph educated homeowners about the foreclosure process, foreclosure alternatives and avoiding rescue scams. And, Joseph provided direct services to clients, negotiations with lenders, review of loan files, initiation of lawsuits, and further assistance with alternatives to foreclosure. Finally, Joseph worked in partnership with housing counselors, governmental agencies, and other legal service providers to assist homeowners who are in danger of foreclosure.

There is no greater justice than equal justice.
