The Project

Provide free legal services to Unaccompanied Children in removal proceedings before the Atlanta Immigration Court, who meet the Justice AmeriCorps case acceptance criteria.

This project addresses the need for unrepresented children to have access to counsel in their immigration case. There are many children in immigration proceedings in Georgia that are not represented by attorneys. This program helps meet that need and significantly increases the chances of getting an immigration status for these children.
