The Project
Identify forms of relief for UAC clients and represent them in various stages of their cases. This includes at family court, immigration court and the asylum office.
There are many children in immigration proceedings in Las Vegas that are not represented by attorneys. This program helps meet that need and significantly increases the chances of getting an immigration status for these children.
