The Project

Lydia provided full-scope direct representation to unaccompanied immigrant children in immigration court proceedings before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services. Lydia is passionate about her work because she believed that children should not have to face a deportation proceeding without legal representation. This project was designed to address the needs of minor unaccompanied immigrant children in need of legal representations, specifically when appearing before immigration court with political asylum cases and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases.
