The Project
Oscar represented unaccompanied children in removal proceedings before the immigration court or in asylum interviews.
Everyday, children enter our country without their families, without money, and without knowledge of our complex legal system. Children placed in our program never need to worry about legal costs. We are usually their first and strongest ally in this new country. We fight for them in court and help them start their new life here in America.
