The Project
My focus is on public and subsidized housing. Most of my time is spent helping tenants facing eviction or termination, both at the administrative stage and in court. Another focus is to catch at-risk tenants before problems become hearings or evictions. Finally, I work with colleagues to address systemic issues of affordable housing in Westchester. Specifically, we work with Westchester housing authorities and lawmakers to advance policy goals that will protect tenants in an area with very little affordable housing.
