The annual Leadership Development Training (LDT) for current Equal Justice Works Fellows is a key differentiator in legal Fellowship programs and a high point in the year for our Fellows, Alumni, and Staff. At LDT, we come together to learn, challenge, inspire, and expand our networks and peer relationships. This multi-day training offers opportunities to increase your leadership skills and practice knowledge.
As an Equal Justice Works Fellow, you’ve already shown your drive, determination, and passion for service and equal justice. At LDT, you have the opportunity to enhance your self-awareness, skills, and talents while networking with your peer community of passionate public interest leaders.
