Leadership Development Training

Your Health at LDT

Equal Justice Works takes the health and safety of our Fellows, alums, guests, and staff seriously. We continue to monitor and follow current federal, state, and local protocols related to COVID-19.  

LDT will have hand sanitizer, optional masks, rapid tests, and stickers available to help communicate your personal preferences for distancing. We will also offer designated tables, when space permits, reserved for guests who may prefer to maintain greater social distance from other attendees.  

We ask that you join us in the effort to keep ourselves and each other as healthy as possible. You can do so by:

  • Testing yourself for COVID before leaving home to attend LDT. If you are positive, please remain at home and contact us regarding your training registration.  
  • Taking appropriate precautions while traveling, including wearing a facial covering when you are unable to distance yourself from others. 
  • Respecting others’ personal decisions and wishes regarding social distancing and masking.  
  • Testing for COVID if you feel unwell while at the training, especially if you experience any symptoms of COVID or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID.   
  • If you test positive while at the training, please do not attend conference sessions and contact us immediately so we can assist you with travel and accommodation arrangements.  
  • If we are provided notice of a confirmed case, we will notify conference attendees through the Whova app in a manner protecting privacy to the best of our ability.
     

Thank you for helping us create a safer and successful experience for all. We strongly recommend that attendees are vaccinated for their own protection. We will not ask for proof of vaccination.
