Leadership Development Training

Equal Justice Works invites all Fellow alumni to submit a session proposal for the 2021 Leadership Development Training (LDT), scheduled to take place October 12–14. The health of our community is our first priority, and so this year we will be hosting LDT on a virtual platform. Please know that all of us at Equal Justice Works wish you, your families, and our shared community good health.

In requesting proposals from our Fellow alumni for LDT, we seek to:

  • Provide current Fellows with the information, skills, and resources they need to be successful in their Fellowship and beyond. As alumni, you are uniquely positioned to provide insight and guidance to Fellows as they explore career opportunities and navigate their Fellowship journeys. We hope that you will reflect on the lessons learned from your Fellowship and post-Fellowship experiences to influence your session design.
  • Provide professional enrichment for our Fellow alumni. LDT offers a forum for Equal Justice Works to elevate you as experts in your field, bolster your leadership platform, and further our shared vision of achieving equal justice for all.
  • Strengthen our community of lawyers committed to public service by providing a space for our current Fellows and alumni to connect with each other and Equal Justice Works, both personally and professionally.

Applications must be submitted by July 2, 2021. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.
