Laura Roach is a program manager at Equal Justice Works, where she supports the Crime Victims Justice Corps program, funded by the DOJ Office for Victims of Crime.

Laura Roach joins the organization with five years of experience managing grant-funded national service initiatives. From 2016 to 2019 Laura worked at NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley and launched new statewide AmeriCorps program, “Accessing Home”, to address housing insecurity in Rhode Island through residential services. Prior to directing an AmeriCorps program, Laura served as an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader at NeighborWorks America where she assisted in managing community development projects across 32 states. Laura is also a volunteer hospital advocate for victims of sexual and domestic violence.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of New Hampshire and is an alum of the State Department Critical Language Scholarship Program, Salalah, Oman.
