Senior Program Manager

Laura Roach is a senior program manager at Equal Justice Works, where she leads the expansion of the Housing Justice Program. Laura joined the organization in 2019 as a program manager to support the DOJ-funded Crime Victims Justice Corps program.

Prior to joining Equal Justice Works, Laura worked with NeighborWorks America and affiliate network organizations. From 2016 to 2019 Laura worked at NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley and launched new statewide AmeriCorps program, “Accessing Home”, to address housing insecurity in Rhode Island through residential services. Before directing an AmeriCorps program, Laura served as an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader at NeighborWorks America where she assisted in managing community development projects across 32 states.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of New Hampshire and is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
