Equal Justice Works Career Fair
Each fall, Equal Justice Works hosts its annual Career Fair—the largest public interest legal career fair in the country—bringing together thousands of law students, recent graduates, public interest employers, law school faculty and staff, and public interest practitioners from across the United States and its territories.
The 2026 Career Fair will feature two days of pre-scheduled interviews for students and recent graduates looking to get their start in public interest law through internships, externships, fellowships, postgraduate positions, and more.
Update for 2026: Based on recent feedback from employers, applicants, and law school professionals, this year’s event will not offer informational Table Talk sessions. Equal Justice Works remains committed to fostering meaningful connections between public interest organizations, law students, and recent graduates and will continue to provide opportunities for engagement outside of the Career Fair.
More information about the registration process can be found on our For Attendees page.
