Equal Justice Works Career Fair

2026 Information for Employers

The Equal Justice Works Career Fair is the largest national public interest legal career fair, bringing together more than 250 public interest employers and over 2,500 dedicated law students and graduates under one virtual roof. It's the one-stop shop for all your recruitment needs.

Registration

Employer registration opens on June 1 at 12:00 p.m. ET. You will register for this year’s event via Eventbrite. Within two business days of registering, you will receive an email containing your organization’s Flo Recruit login details. Once you have accessed Flo Recruit, you will be able to complete your company’s profile and begin posting your available positions.

Please review this Help article on how to register for the Career Fair and create a job posting, and view this Video tutorial on how to post more than one job (i.e., multiple “schedules.”)

Please note: All deadlines referenced are in Eastern Time (ET).

Prescheduled Interviews

All positions open for interviews during the Career Fair should be posted by Friday, July 31st at 5:00pm ET in Flo Recruit. Registered students and recent graduates will submit resumes, cover letters, and other required application materials within the platform for employers to review. Applicants selected for interviews will be automatically scheduled based on availability during the Career Fair. This year, interviews will be 20 minutes with a 10-minute break between each interview.

All interviews must take place during the Career Fair during event time blocks; applicants cannot be interviewed prior to or following the event. Additionally, these are not informational interviews. Employers participating in the prescheduled interview process should be actively looking to fill available positions.

Update for 2026: Based on recent feedback from employers, applicants, and law school professionals, this year’s event will not offer informational Table Talk sessions. Equal Justice Works remains committed to fostering meaningful connections between public interest organizations, law students, and recent graduates and will continue to provide opportunities for engagement outside of the Career Fair.
