Alumni
After successfully completing your commitment as an Equal Justice Works Fellow, you become an alum of the organization. You’ll be joining a network of more than 2,700 passionate public interest leaders continuing to work as key contributors to our shared vision of achieving our nation’s promise of equal justice for all.

Once you become an alum of Equal Justice Works, you’ll bring an invaluable perspective to any career field.
Informed and inspired by their clients and the communities they partner with, more than 85% of our Fellows continue to work in public service positions, change systems, advocate for reform, and drive innovation far beyond their Equal Justice Works Fellowship. Our Alumni are executive directors, supervising attorneys, law school professors, and more. No matter what path you choose, you will have an ever-expanding network of colleagues to support and lead alongside you.
As Alumni, you are uniquely positioned to help current Fellows have the same opportunities and positive experiences that you did. You can participate in our Class Announcement on social media, volunteer to review Fellow applications, or join us as a speaker or presenter at one of our events.
You can also participate in a variety of career development opportunities sponsored by Equal Justice Works and further engage with your fellow alumni through various networking and social events that we host throughout the year.
Please visit our Alumni LinkedIn group to learn more about current alumni engagement opportunities.
